Using the data

Published for transparency

The council publishes this data under the Local Government Transparency Code. The Hub doesn’t state a licence for the files, so check the council’s transparency page before you reuse them.

Find and use a dataset

Search by name or browse by category. Every CSV and Excel file opens as a sortable, filterable table you can query with SQL, and downloads as tidy CSV, Parquet or the original file. Documents open straight from the council’s Hub.

Missing something?

Ask the council’s mapping and open data team at mapping@lichfielddc.gov.uk, or see what it publishes under its publication scheme.

Your ArcGIS Hub stays the source

Nothing changes for the council’s data team: files keep being uploaded to ArcGIS. This site reads them, tidies them (text encodings, title rows, dates, amounts) and can refresh on a schedule. Residents get search across every file, tables that preview instantly, monthly files joined into one, and queries that run in the browser.
